Founded in 2026, Haven Forest is a secluded forest retreat on 30 acres in Red River Gorge - where friends and family can slow down, reconnect and rediscover what truly matters.

The property currently features a remodeled farmhouse cabin operating as a short term rental. The farmhouse is designed for families and groups, offering room to gather without feeling crowded. Five bedrooms, three full bathrooms and multiple living spaces comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. Guests can cook together in the fully equipped kitchen, share meals around the farmhouse table, watch a movie with immersive sound or challenge the family to a retro Nintendo night. Outside, the covered dining area, yard games and firepit keep the experience connected to the forest.

We are looking to expand in 2027 to a multi-unit forest resort with unique treehouse designs and established trails throughout - providing easy access to the 2-acre lake, waterfall and primitive camping sites throughout. Lenders and investors are welcomed to reach out for opportunities with this unique resort development.
